- NewYou’re told when a proposal or invoice doesn’t reach an advertiser. A failed delivery now shows as “not delivered” on the proposal, with the reason the mail server gave, and you get an email and an in-app notice — so silence is never mistaken for someone ignoring you.
- ImprovedAn address whose domain can’t receive email is caught the moment you send, before the proposal goes out, so a typo is fixed on the spot instead of costing you a week of waiting.
- NewSent proposals and invoices now show whether they landed and were looked at — “delivered 9:14 AM · opened 3×” — so you can tell an advertiser who is thinking it over from one who never saw it at all.
- NewYour advertiser list now shows a bouncing address — a red “email bouncing” badge with the reason — and stops you sending to it: a proposal, invoice or reminder to that address is held with a plain note until you correct the email on the advertiser, and a resend then goes to the corrected address.

- ImprovedTurning two-factor off now asks for your password first, and a wrong sign-in code sends you back to the password after five tries. “Remember this computer” will ask for one more code the next time you sign in.
- FixedCancelling your subscription in the app now tells Stripe on the spot, and resuming does too — the flag and the billing can no longer disagree.

- NewSell by the week, not just the month. Settings → Company now has a Rate period: leave it Monthly, or switch it to Weekly and every rate, proposal term, flight length and sales goal in the app reads in weeks — including the rate card your advertiser signs. Your existing rates are never converted, so the numbers you typed keep meaning exactly what you meant. (Impressions stay per month, the way the industry quotes them.)
- NewInvoices have line items — and you can now create one. Click New invoice, pick the campaign and its space rent drops in as a line, then add rows of your own for poster printing, installation, production or anything else you bill alongside the space. The total adds itself up, and Print / PDF gives you the bill to send.

- NewSend a proposal and get it signed. Build a rate card under Proposals, click Send to advertiser, and they get a link to review it, accept by typing their name, or decline. The moment they accept, the campaigns go live and the faces are booked — and you get an email. Sent proposals, their status and who signed are listed on the Proposals page.
- NewA monthly sales goal on the dashboard. Set it under Settings → Company and the dashboard shows how far this month’s billed revenue is towards it, plus proposals sent, sales closed and renewals due.
- NewPut your live availability on your own website. Settings → Public page now has a copy-and-paste embed code that works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or plain HTML — it updates itself as faces free up.

- NewA free billboard CPM calculator, open to anyone, at highsignpro.com/tools/billboard-cpm-calculator. Work out a face’s cost per thousand impressions from its rate, or the rate to charge to hit a CPM you can defend — in 4-week periods, with production and install costed separately and the showing level if you enter a market population. No sign-in, nothing saved.

- ImprovedYour business name now sits under the logo at the top of the sidebar, so it says whose workspace you are in at a glance.
- ImprovedSigning out is a plain "Sign out" button in the bottom-left corner, instead of the small symbol it used to be.
- NewCollapse the sidebar to a slim icon rail when you want more room for the page — click Collapse under the logo. It remembers your choice on that device.
- ImprovedYour account lives in one place now — click the gear beside your name in the bottom-left corner for your email, password, two-factor codes and remembered computers. They are no longer buried halfway down Settings.

- ImprovedSeats now match your plan. If your team has more people than your plan has seats, the newest members are put on hold instead of quietly staying on — the account owner sees exactly who, and everyone is back the moment you upgrade or free up a seat. Nothing is ever deleted, and account owners always keep their seat.
- ImprovedSupport access is now off by default. Our support team can only sign into your account after you grant access under Settings → Security — and you can revoke it again anytime.
- FixedRestored access for any account that had been left marked as suspended without a record of why — including free accounts, which are never suspended for billing reasons.

- ImprovedA clearer revenue trend on your dashboard. Every month now shows what it billed right on the bar, with the six-month total in the header, and the chart no longer leaves a big empty gap next to your activity feed.

- ImprovedSupport stays open even if your account is paused — the Help & Support tab keeps working, and the paused-account screen now has a Contact support button.

- NewIn-app notifications 🔔 — a campaign booked, a proof uploaded, an invoice paid or a face changing status now pops an alert and a soft ding for everyone in the app. Choose which events fire in Settings → In-app notifications; mute the sound for yourself with the 🔔 in the header. Invoice alerts go to owners only — staff get the board and campaign ones.

- FixedFaces you add or edit now stay on the map. Type an address, pick a suggestion (or hit “Locate on map”) and the face pins itself — previously a face could only be mapped if it came with the demo data, and editing one could drop its pin.
